Mission
NCA Community Development Center, Inc. shall function to improve and enhance the livelihood of individuals and families. This shall be done primarily by its commitment to aid, service and develop the community of Columbia, South Carolina and surrounding areas to reach their fullest potential by providing social outreach and promoting educational success, spiritual growth, personal leadership. Also, to function according to the general definition of a 501(c)3 customary Community Development Center.
